The lido project is operated by local volunteers who are donating their time & expertise to the project.  We have a full time project director who is over-seeing the building project and development of the next phase of the project. Find out more about the committee.

Rebecca Crook - A local Saltdean resident who co-founded the Save Saltdean Lido Campaign to help protect the lido site from residential development.  Rebecca works in London as Chief Marketing Officer for an innovation and business consultancy working with global brands to create world-class customer experiences.  Outside of work Rebecca sits on The National Trust Strategic Advisory Board for London & the South East.

Michael Bennett - A Rottingdean resident who brings a legal background to the project.  Now retired Michael was a partner at a top London firm.
